Shipping Information

We ship products directly from our supplier. Each order is typically processed within 1–3 business days , and the average delivery time is 5–12 business days .
However, due to high demand and staff shortages, processing and delivery times may currently be longer than usual.

This business model allows us to significantly reduce storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer lower prices than many competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.

We use Royal Mail for fast and reliable shipping.
Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.


How to Place an Order

  1. Browse our products and add your favorites to your cart.

  2. You can complete your order at any time from your cart.

Review Your Order

Before checkout, ensure your cart contains the correct products.
Click on “Order” to proceed.
Check that all product details, quantities, and prices are correct.
You may also leave a message or special request at this stage.

Track Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a Track & Trace link via email .
Tracking information becomes available 2–3 days after your order is dispatched.
This allows you to monitor your shipment and know exactly when to expect your delivery.


Responsibility for Uncollected or Refused Packages

If a customer fails to collect their package within the required timeframe at the designated pickup point or delivery address, responsibility lies with the customer.

If the package is returned by the carrier to our supplier in China, a fee will be deducted from your refund:

  • Orders up to £50: £10 deduction

  • Orders over £50: 1/3 of the order value deducted

These fees cover return shipping and handling costs.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • PayPal payments: within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Credit card payments: within 24 hours of placing the order

After these timeframes, orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled .

Important: Orders may be processed within the 24-hour window.
If processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Partial or Full Order Cancellation

If a customer wishes to cancel part or all of their order, a restocking fee will be deducted:

  • Orders up to £50: £10 deduction

  • Orders over £50: 1/3 of the order value deducted

These fees cover processing, restocking, and handling costs.
